About

Take a journey of a lifetime to Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort where everyone can feel like a Greek god or goddess. The story of our resort began more than 40 years ago on the same location where the Big Chief Restaurant, turned Big Chief Go-Karts, once stood. It’s in that spot where the late Jim Laskaris envisioned his greatest dream ever – an affordable family-friendly resort that would one day become the world’s largest water and theme park resort.

Today, that dream exists as Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort, where there is adventure and fun awaiting all Olympians. Our 300-acre outdoor park features 44 water slides, 5 rollercoasters, a wave pool with 9-foot waves, 8 go-kart tracks and numerous kiddie rides. Plus golfing in the summer and fall and skiing and tubing in the winter. And our 120,000 square foot indoor parks offer year-round attractions including water slides, lazy rivers and dry rides. Looking to stay overnight? Our lodging options include more than 1500 rooms and a campground for those seeking even more adventure.

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that the Laskaris family is still making strides to transform some of the most beloved hotels on the Wisconsin Dells strip into part of their adventurous getaway. By 2014, Mt. Olympus will have over 1500 rooms in our inventory, creating even more excitement for you and your family.

Whether you’re planning your next family vacation this season Mt. Olympus offers family fun and an experience of a lifetime year-round. For more information about our parks and updated information please visit our All Parks, News & Press, or FAQ page!
