Group Guidelines: What to Know for a Smooth Visit
- IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- Each person is permitted one water carry-in.
- Towels are only provided for hotel guests. Towels are available for purchase or you can bring your own.
- Lockers are available for an additional fee, payable via credit card.
- Notify us ahead of time for any special dietary requirements.
- Depending on your group size, we may ask to send out your wristbands in advance. The group leader will be responsible for returning leftover wristbands to Group Sales when arriving at the park.
- Your group must arrive together unless pre-arranged through Group Sales.
- PARK HOURS
Please click here for hours of operation. Mt. Olympus is a seasonal park, and ride availability is based on weather and occupancy. Attraction lines may close up to one hour before the park’s closing time, depending on the length of the queue.

- HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY
- In accordance with ADA, Medusa’s Indoor Water Park has a handicap accessible chairlift for Scylla’s and Hydra’s pools, so all can experience the fun Mt. Olympus has to offer!
- Strollers and wheelchairs are available for rent inside the park at the theme park first aid stand. To rent these items on a first come, first served basis, a valid driver’s license, state identification, military identification or major credit card may be required.
- CHANGING ROOMS & SHOWERS
Changing rooms and showers are located in the Indoor Water Park, Also by Poseidon’s Rage, Tidal Wave and Great Pool of Delphi. Family restroom is located in the mall by Pandora’s Candy.
- BABY CARE
Baby changing facilities are located in all restrooms.
- ATM MACHINES
For your convenience, ATM’s are located inside and outside of the park. There is an ATM at the main north entrance, south entrance and in the center of the park next to the First Aid Station.
